Wade A. Cloud opened Lonestar Aerobic Services for business in December of 2003. Wade began his career in the septic industry installing and doing turn-key septic work from 1998-2004, while finishing his Accounting degree at The University of Texas at San Antonio. He has continued to grow the business each year since. In 2005, Wade and his wife Tiffany graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Interdisciplinary Studies Degree, respectively, and were married. In 2008, after the birth of their daughter Trinity, Tiffany left teaching to become a stay at home mom and to help with the business. Shortly after, with the company growing significantly each year, Tiffany took over answering the phones and quickly became the office manager.

Wade continues to keep up with the demands of the septic industry and also the knowledge of the growing industry by continuing his education. His repertoire includes an Installer II License, Maintenance Provider License, Site Evaluator, Class D Wastewater License, and a Designated Representative. He received his Professional Sanitarian License in 2010, along with the birth of their son Wesson. As he is constantly keeping up to date with rules and regulations, Wade is actively involved in AOWA (Alamo Onsite Wastewater Association), is a member of TOWA (Texas Onsite Wastewater Association) and NEHA (National Environmental Health Association).
