First follow the amber alarm instructions and then the red alarm instructions.

• Follow these instructions first and see if the problem is solved.
• If the problem isn’t solved using the directions above, follow these instructions

The red alarm represents a high water alarm (HWA).

• If the alarm is red, follow these red alarm instructions.

Amber represents an aeration alarm (COMP).

• If the alarm is amber, follow these amber alarm instructions.

• Check to make sure system is on and compressor is running.
• Check the ‘what NOT to do’ list for items that can adversely affect your system.  If these items have entered your system, contact us to service your septic system.

Check the timer inside the control panel for correct time. If a power outage occurred your timer will be wrong. Follow these instructions to set the correct time.
